Our engineering department, using both conventional and CNC technology, produce a range of high quality precision machined roller cores and various engineered items for use in virtually every application.

Our engineers operate to the highest industry standards and tolerances therefore the quality of work we provide is guaranteed to be of the highest standard.

ENGINEERING SERVICES:

• Manufacturing complete rollers from your design/drawings
• AutoCAD and Cad/Cam facilities
• The manufacture of cores to close tolerances.
• The repair of damaged rollers including the restoration of journals and bores.
• Pressure testing.
• Grinding steel rollers.
• Balancing (static and dynamic) is an additional service when needed.
• We also make Tooling and Fixtures for other industries such as Automotive and Aerospace.
• Low to Medium volume components- CNC Turning & Milling
• We configure and produce special rollers, stocks etc. for our customers.
